Lady Jesaira isn't just a transformational life coach. She is a spiritual doula for Black women who are ready to experience a personal and spiritual rebirth and breakthrough.
Jesaira Glover-Dulin, also known as Lady Jesaira, is a licensed therapist, spiritual teacher, and executive coach who helps high-achieving Black women break free from burnout, survival patterns, and silent suffering.
As the founder of The Oasis Sanctuary, she blends clinical mental health expertise with spiritually grounded healing practices to guide women back to their truth, power, and wholeness.
Through her signature POWER™ Method, Lady Jesaira helps women move beyond performing strength and into embodied healing, leadership, and transformation.

What if it's not the right time?
